The City Island Commercial units form part of the ground floor offer for the City Island development on Leamouth Peninsula, adjacent to Canning Town station.
The internal fit out of commercial floor area is spread over five units of varying size and tenure. A strategy of ‘placed architectural furniture’ was developed with a consistent approach to unit space planning and materials.
The units are arranged around the main development’s Central Square which will play host to the English National Ballet and London Film School, and will provide spaces for creative uses including gallery and working studios.
