The Orchard Dry Dock is situated between Orchard Place and the River Thames, close to Trinity Buoy Wharf. The recent redevelopment of City Island to the north provides a new pedestrian bridge directly to Canning Town stations (London Underground and DLR).

The Dry Dock was backfilled in the 1970’s and the area and a number of wharfside buildings were replaced with light industrial sheds.

 

The marketing suite will be the first building marking the redevelopment of Leamouth South and seeks to reinforce the existing character while providing a new link through to the River Thames.  The existing light industrial shed sits parallel to the Dry Dock and has been partially stripped back to expose the steel frame.
