A renovation and conservation project of a Grade II listed building. The former diplomatic building located in Holland Park London was converted into a prime London residential development.
The development consists of 5 storeys of accommodation and complete remodelling of the interior of the listed building.
A new one and a half storey basement includes a mechanical floor which sinks to reveal the swimming pool.
The floor and rear wall of the pool are clad in limestone, the side walls are clad in glass and the ceiling features two full length skylights.
