Situated on the coast in the west of County Cork, this project is a combination of careful refurbishment, extension and new build. The existing farmhouse is refurbished, with outbuildings adapted for residential use.

Materials and detailing take account of the exposed position and the local vernacular. New build elements are timber frame manufactured off site, reducing the time spent on site.

The scheme receiving planning consent in the summer of 2019 and is currently on site. The structural engineers are Tanners.
