The internal fit out of commercial floor area is spread over five units of varying size and tenure. A strategy of ‘placed architectural furniture’ was developed with a consistent approach to unit space planning and materials.
The units are arranged around the main development’s Central Square which hosts the English National Ballet and London Film School and provide spaces for creative uses including gallery and working studios.
