It included a fully glazed extension the rear leading onto a timber deck surrounding a slate-lined swimming pool featuring shocking pink walls (a nod to Mexican architect Luis Barragán), external fireplace and framed views to the large garden beyond.
The ground floor was extensively remodelled to create a multi-functional space with back-let bar and kitchen, freestanding fireplace, family dining and seating area. New roof lights added natural light to upstairs bedrooms.
