The design uses Structural Insulated Panel System (SIPS) to create the family home and separate guest accommodation totalling 2000sq m.

Larch panels were prefabricated in Bavaria and transported to the UK enabling the building to be erected and watertight within five days of delivery on site.

Guest accommodation overlooks a closed courtyard that includes a natural swimming pool while a new family house sits within trees and is clad in vertical timber slats and features green roofs.
