Three timber ‘cabins’ have been inserted under a new canopy providing shade and reducing solar gain. A show apartment has been created inside one, another is a mini-cinema, while a third bar-cabin opens onto the waterside terrace. Architectural models and meeting tables occupy the rest of the cube’s interior.
Outside, helping generate a sense of arrival, a landscaped pocket park with unexpected greenery and mature trees tempts visitors over a small bridge into the new suite.
