A variety of brick bonds and mortar joints emphasise horizontal bands and define window openings, adding detail and richness to HAL Architects’ design.

Projecting elements to the main elevations house balconies and at ground floor incorporate entrances providing shelter for visitors and pedestrians. The blocks have a clear base, middle and top, with upper floors stepping back, softening their mass.

All one-, two- and three-bed apartments enjoy dual aspect and an outside space. An underground car park and bicycle store are included, while a nursery with secure garden and play space occupies part of the ground floor.
Structural engineering is by Elliott Wood, MEP by Thornton Reynolds and landscape by Fabrik.
