The Marketing Pavilion, Nine Elms, Wandsworth, London
It all started with a striking marketing pavilion, instrumental in Embassy Gardens’ successful launch in 2012. It was built in 16 weeks and provided a design benchmark for the whole development.

The all-glazed pavilion was placed in a wildflower meadow behind a garden wall to separate it from busy Nine Elms Lane. The interior provided a calm space to enjoy the show apartments. These were hung - dramatically - hung from the roof so the clear façades remained unobstructed.
