HAL

Royal Wharf is a competition-winning project won for a new sales pavilion as part of the extensive Royal Wharf development adjacent to the Thames Barrier Park in east London, for developers Oxley Holdings.

 

The building is elevated and situated to make the most of views up and down the Thames, and of a new landscaped park.

 

The building opened in October 2015.

 

Architect and engineer is Arup Associates in collaboration with HAL.  Landscape is by Townsend and interiors by Kris Turnbull.
