HAL

An ongoing project for developer Pegasus Life, whose central idea is, ‘that everyone, irrespective of age, shares the aspiration to live in a beautiful designed, socially inclusive environment, supported by first class services and maintenance regimes.’

 

This scheme, in a prime location on the south coast, looks to create a mix of well-designed apartments with sea views that embody a communal ethos, as well as communal facilities that includes a spa, library and rooftop communal gardens.  The design seeks to embed the building within an existing and lively community, additionally offering public access to facilities and a strong and active relationship with the street.

 

Architects and engineers are Arup Associates in collaboration with HAL.  Landscape is by Camlins and interiors by Woods Bagot.
